Our body blueprint hasn't changed much in the last few thousand years, but our diet and lifestyles have changed dramatically.

I'm a holistic Naturopathic Nutritionist, so my approach to Nutrition is about the whole person, based on scientific evidence - Eating whole foods, (organic if possible); is the foundation of a healthy body and mind. Nourish your cells from the inside out with good nutrition, and your health & wellbeing can be completely transformed. 

The body systems are interconnected so I consider the whole person, their diet, habits and lifestyle in order to personalise a treatment plan.

Building good food habits isn't about perfection...it's about finding ways to enjoy food and the boundless energy and vitality it provides your body as fuel!

Meet Terri

Nutritional therapist and Yoga

Growing up in Ireland, my Mam hated cooking and dinner usually consisted of meat and two veg - all either rock hard or boiled, limp and tasteless. I always liked to experiment in the kitchen but it wasn't until travelling in Canada in my 20's, that I discovered the incredible flavours of world cuisines and was given unlimited access to organic whole foods.

I was inspired by the vibrancy of people, their attitude and openness to prioritise their own health & wellbeing. All of this coincided with me attending my first yoga class in Vancouver...and I was hooked!

 

I moved to the UK, began studying Nutritional Therapy in College Naturopathic Medicine London and my journey of learning began. Since then, I've completed a Foundational Yoga course, qualified as a Breathwork & Pranayama teacher and completed a 2 year, 500hr yoga teacher training course. 

Nutritional interventions transformed my physical and mental health and I've witnessed this time and time again with others in clinical practice. ​

It's my mission to help others solve their health issues, find balance and wellness and rediscover themselves along the 'Middle Way'.
